Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused and uninstalled products.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- uninstalled
- undamaged
- returned in original packaging
Products that have been mounted, installed, used or altered are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
Returns do not apply to:
- customized or made-to-order products
- used or installed products
- damaged products caused by improper use
